3:00 pm	Work Stuff So yeah, I went in today and asked about going on salary pay, and the boss said that him and I will look into it when he gets back from his vacation in a couple weeks. So.. in the meantime he wanted me to keep a log of what I do in a normal day, and recreate my own job description of everything I do. So in other words, if I word it right, and incorporate some other things, like perhaps future goals etc... I think its in the bag. He also mentioned that I may have caught him at a very good time for this considering they are revamping the quality program to be top notch, well here's hoping.
